Our Story

Arthur Design was founded by Haley Arthur in 2024, with the dream of collaborating with clients on their big and small residential projects. With over 15 years of experience as an Architect, Interior Designer, and Fine Artist, her multidisciplinary background brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to every project. This depth of expertise allows her to approach design from both a creative and technical lens—seamlessly blending architecture, interiors, and artistic vision to create spaces that are thoughtful and deeply personal.

Prior to starting ADCo, Haley worked extensively in the hospitality and high-end residential design industry, with projects spanning New York City, the Northern Neck, the greater Richmond area, Virginia Beach, and the Outer Banks. She previously worked with Pillar & Peacock and 3North—firms recognized by Virginia Living for excellence in Interior Design and Architecture. These experiences have shaped the design methodology that grounds ADCo—prioritizing both creativity and efficiency through a streamlined process tailored to each client and project. Arthur Design was founded from a passion for architecture and bringing people's dreams into reality. From concept to construction, every step of our process is guided by collaboration and a client-focused approach.
